The INNEOX operations program secures a downward dispersion of the decisions and structures implemented in the Executive ILP. We will train your middle management on the same topics as the ILP covers, but go deeper in how to operationalize the innovation understanding within business units, divisions and teams. The Operations program focuses on the activities, methods and tools required to execute an innovation project from start to end. We will train your leaders on the topics of creativity and what it takes to get the most out of your employees in this area.

As with the ILP, we will implement local innovation boards to secure a formal platform for execution of newfound knowledge. While working with the teams we will gather best practices on innovation activities, and we will develop and tailor the Innovation Management System to fit your needs as a company perfectly.

The program spans 8 months and deliverables include:
